Delivery and returns

Your delivery

A postage and packing fee is calculated at checkout for your order. Delivery is free for orders over £100 delivered to the UK. Options are available for tracked and insured services.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail without tracking or signature. If you prefer delivery by courier with a signature required, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. If you choose a tracked delivery method, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are included, whereas transport fees vary according to total cost of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns Policy:

You can cancel your order for goods ordered via our web shop after you have placed the order, until up to seven working days from the day after you receive it. There are some items you can’t return if you have changed your mind:

  • CDs, DVDs or software (e.g., SWAMI Express) if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping;
  • Perishable items, such as food (Unibars, chocolate bars)

If you return the product because you are claiming that it is defective we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective. Defective products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a proportion of the original delivery charges charged to you and the postal cost incurred by you in returning the item to us provided that a receipt for or evidence of such costs is provided.

You are responsible for the cost of sending returned goods back to the shop. If you send the goods by post or courier, please keep a receipt or proof of posting. You will be refunded for the goods, but not for the cost of postage. Please include your receipt or order ID.
